This short video is about what we mean by Wellbeing. We draw on a variety of resources such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy; Dialectical Behaviour Therapy; Transactional Analysis and Non Violent Communication. That said, we make each session jargon-free and just learn how to navigate the world in a different and hopefully better way. We do not offer therapy, and we just use the really accessible parts they offer.
