At our regular sit on Monday 16th May, I will be joined by Richard who will lead a practice. In the practice I wil lead we will revisit the 'hot cross bun' and our cravings and how damaging they can be for us. A practice of noticing, labeling and sitting is planned. Half Day Our next half day will be held at Shepley Methodist Church on Saturday 25th June. It is designed for people who have completed an 8 week course but the feedback is it is good for anyone who wants to find a quiet space that is led and guided. Everyone is welcome. You will need to get in touch to book. Cost is £4 with refreshments. Courses I will be leading some mindfulness sessions at Paddock on June 17th and 24th and July 1st and 8th. I will co-lead them with Helen Mitchell and they are designed for anyone. In September there will be an 8 week evening course also at Paddock starting 15th September.
