Here is a gentle mantra that Ian led us in - unusual for us but very well-received., Finding a posture that is comfortable and sends the message to your mind/body that this is your time. Breathe gently and compassionately...feeling the breath in the body, then gently saying to yourself:
Here I am Softening Opening Releasing Letting go Letting be Being at ease with myself.
